Meet Us

Dr Gail Dolan MD FAAP

Hello!  I am Dr. Gail Dolan.
I live in Bristow with my husband, Kevin, and our three children, Jack, Karrick, and Emma.  My father is a retired Air Force officer, and I was born in South Carolina while we were stationed in Sumter.  I lived in Germany, Nebraska, and Hawaii before my father was stationed in Northern Virginia.  I went to elementary and middle school in Prince William County.  I went to Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.  After graduation, I attended the University of Virginia for my undergraduate degree, and stayed in Charlottesville to attend the UVA School of Medicine.  I completed my pediatric residency in Savannah, Georgia.  After residency, I accepted a position in Culpeper, Virginia, where I practiced for 9 years.  During that time, my family moved back to Bristow to be near our family in Nokesville and Manassas.  I wanted to be with my family more, so I left my position in Culpeper, and opened Bristow Pediatrics in the fall of 2012.  I am Board Certified and am an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  I enjoy working with children and their families to maintain health.  I have particular interests in breastfeeding, holistic medicine, special needs care, and obesity.

Erin McKinney CF NP

My name is Erin McKinney and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner.  I currently live in Bristow with my husband and two children.  Northern Virginia is where I was born and raised.  I graduated from George Mason University with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2005.  I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of different settings over my 12 years as a Registered Nurse.  When my son and daughter began elementary school, I decided I wanted to go back to school to become a Nurse Practitioner.  In 2017, I graduated from Chamberlain College of Nursing with my Masters of Science in Nursing and became certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  The past 4 years I have worked as a Nurse Practitioner in a family practice caring for patients of all ages from newborn to the elderly.  I particularly enjoyed my pediatric patients so I decided that I would like to specialize in this area.  My free time includes spending time with my family and our parrot, Ollie.  We enjoy activities we can do together including bowling, roller skating, movies, shopping, and board games.  I am grateful for the opportunity to join Bristow Pediatrics.  I love that I am able provide health care to those in the community where I live.
