Hello! I’m Dr. Gail Dolan.
I’m proud to call Warrenton home, where I live with my husband, Kevin, and our three children—Jack, Karrick, and Emma. As part of a military family, I grew up in many places, but Prince William County is where I spent my middle school years before attending Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. I completed both my undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Virginia, followed by a pediatric residency in Savannah, Georgia.
I founded Bristow Pediatrics in 2012 with the goal of creating a warm, supportive environment where families feel truly cared for. Pediatrics is my passion because I love watching infants, children, and teens grow into confident, healthy young adults. My approach is holistic and family-centered, focusing not only on medical care but also on long-term wellness. I have special interests in breastfeeding support, child development, mental health, complex medical needs, and complementary approaches to pediatric care. My favorite part of the job is partnering with families to help build healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Outside the office, you’ll find me cheering at my children’s sports events, enjoying a good book, or training Sophie—our beloved Bristow Pediatrics therapy dog.
