Please call during these office hours to set up appointments or to speak with our staff.
You can also request appointments through our Klara application. It is a convenient way to communicate with our office.
Answering Service
We use an answering service called Hello Pediatrics to provide after hours service.
Call the main office number, and you will be connected to Hello Pediatrics. This service is staffed with board certified pediatricians and can provide telehealth care when our office is closed. They can also get in touch with our office if needed. Please save routine questions (mild illness, appointments, prescription refills) for the morning.
We encourage you to refer to our website first, when practical, before calling the office.
You can also send us a Klara Message for non-urgent questions.
Extended Hours and Holidays
We realize that families are busy and often cannot make it to our office during the work-day or week. We offer extended hours for your convenience. We are also open on many federal holidays to better serve our patients. Normal business hours are from 9am til 5 pm. Hours that fall outside of these times may incur an extended-hours fee.
Extended Hours:
- Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 8:45am
- Monday through Thursday from 5pm - 7pm
- All Saturday appointments
There is also an additional fee for patients brought urgently into the office without an appointment or if we have to open the office for your child.
